The Supreme Court has overturned Roe V Wade

Millions of Women just lost their right to bodily autonomy. Many will lose their lives. Our legislators must act to restore our rights immediately. If they won’t, it is time for them to go.

Dear Nancy,

I wish I was not writing you this message. Yesterday was a dark day in America. This decision by an extremist faction of justices is unconscionable. The outright rejection of precedent and disregard for the Fourth and Ninth Amendments’ protection of unenumerated rights is appalling. It is not the place of our government to interfere with anyone’s control over their body. This decision will cost women their lives. Congress must take immediate action to protect women’s reproductive rights, and to stave off future attacks on our other rights that are now vulnerable.

Jeff Van Drew claimed he was committed to protecting women’s reproductive rights, and had a voting record to match. Then he switched his stance on protecting reproductive rights along with the letter next to his name on the ballot, showing that his so-called values are only lip-service to get elected. In this time of crisis for our constitutional rights, we need a representative we can count on to stand by their values. Donate today to help us kick Jeff Van Drew out of office and give South Jersey a representative who will fight for our rights instead of taking them away.
