Vice Chairman

As a Bridgeton High School class of 76 graduate, Rick is a lifelong Cumberland County Resident. He spent 40 years at the Artificial Island in Salem County working for PSE&G. Within his career he served as a Nuclear Controls Technician Special, Nuclear Maintenance and Training Procedure Writer, Nuclear Maintenance and Technical Training Instructor, Chief Nuclear Controls Technician and ended his career in Project Management. He proudly served as Shop Steward and then Elected to the Executive Board for Local Union 94. He is a past President of the PSEG Nuclear Employee’s Federal Credit Union and was selected to serve on numerous reorganization and operational improvement committees as a member or facilitator. The Honorable Mayor Albert B. Kelly appointed him to the City of Bridgeton Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustments where he serves as Chairperson on each Board. He is appointed by the Cumberland County Commissioners to the Cumberland County Utilities Authority where he serves as Vice Chairman. As a Cumberland County Committeeperson, he served as Steering Committee Chairman and then elected to the Vice Chairperson position. Rick is married to Celeste Riley. They have 5 daughters, 6 grand-kids and an amazing dog, Dino.
